| I completed a 3 year
apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery, at
the Ecole des Arts et Metiers CEPIA in Geneva; in
1986 and obtained a Certificat Federal de Capacite
(CFC) equivalent to NVQ level 3. After that,
I worked mainly in roofing, building chalets and 1rst fix
work in Geneva... |
Here are 2 fitted wardrobes, the
customer wanted red wood timber for the frame and
reconditioned Victorian doors adjusted to fit. |

| ..After moving to Brighton in 2005, I decided to
focus more on indoors 2nd fix carpentry (because of the rainy weather....),
specializing in fitted wardrobes, shelves, cupboards but also hanging
doors, repairing damaged windows, laminate or hard wood flooring,
kitchen cabinets, hardwood decking, stairs, partition walls and
more...

On the left picture, my customer wanted gloss
paint inside the unit and emulsion to match the walls on the
face. You will notice the coving and the skirting
board, and 12v. lighting in the back of some of the
shelves, there is also a socket and a lead to connect a
powerful subwoofer. All the wiring is concealed in the back
of the unit and the wall. |

| In this
picture my customer wanted me to mount some flat pack frames
from IKEA and then fit plain MDF doors, these doors will be
painted in white. |

also built with the coving and skirting board. Also my
customer wanted oak cabinet doors to match the ones on his
new kitchen. |
The unit was built
to conceal this boiler and have
a bit of
storage space. |
